The online pickup was terrible and took an excessive amount of time. I was automatically set up for insurance which after reading what it covered I did not want it. When I went to enter fuel and mileage I was kicked out completely and prompted to start all over again. I just took a photo of the readings on the dashboard. I was charged 20dollars for an after hour fee. This is a fee that they collect for not doing nothing. Ridiculous charge. Also, the cable attaching the electrical wires to my vehicle had been patched with electrical tape. Shoddy.Ilene B.
