They charged me for gas when i returned it at the same exact level i was given. I have pictures of proof. I will be disputing the excess.

Good service
Julio MI had to wait for someone to help me drop off truck was a little late was charged over $50 when dropped off. I spent over $3000. In three weeks with Uhaul customer service said they couldn’t help me with the situation, so what exactly are they for? Never using Uhaul again no customer loyalty

DONALD GSince I made this reservation on a Friday...there a whole day (Saturday) for them to check what their reservations on Sunday needed.the truck I rented on Sunday came empty with zero equipment that I asked for. I had to scramble and borrow equipment from friends. It was very frustrating. I have used the uhaul from them before and never had this issue. This is super poor attention to detail on their part. I want my money back from the equipment I never got to use.
