Harden S.Our car had the wrong size ball hitch for the trailer. We'd been towing a travel trailer/RV so had a larger size. Would be nice to confirm to potential renters that a 2" ball is the standard for u-haul trailers.
Rudolfo E.I selected the 24/7 Share option, when I showed up I was not able use that option. I talked with multiple customer service employees, no one knew why I was getting this error. I was forced to wait an hour for the on site employee to show up to start my rental.
