This is not like other U-Haul places I've been to. They charge you up front to hold the money, and there is no reimbursement for bringing the truck back with more fuel than it had in the first place. And there is no confirmation on how many miles were actually used compared to when they ask you for an estimate. Next time I will be more likely inclined to go to a proper U-Haul site.

This location was very helpful. Both mom and son were very quick and I was able to get the truck and back in the same day very pleasant experience.Thank you so much you guys made my day.
PATRICK PI have about six photos to show how dirty the inside of the U-Haul was and the counter person lied and said they cleaned it. The experience was not a good experience at all. I have rented your house throughout my life I would never recommend this place to anybody in fact I’m going to put a review out on it, very shady transaction
VICKIE SStop falsely blaming wrong customers for vehicle damage. I was being blamed for a damage I didn't do on my behalf until I showed the image of the vehicle before I left the location right after I got the keys. I feel either I was trying to be scammed or they were not on top of it for keeping track of damages per customer.
