First, they gave us the wrong truck so we had to go back (50 min drive round trip) after we already started loading. After we were all loaded and went back to get the trailer for our car hookup, the metal wheel cover was rubbing on the tire so the left tire wasn't moving, spent another 1 hour trying to get that fixed just to be sent to another location where they weren't willing to do an emergency trailer swap and spent another 30 mins there until we finally got a new trailer. The worker never checked the brake or signal lights. Overall horrible experience and wouldn't spend that much money again for this service!!
