Have clear communication between cashier and customer. Have the cashier use a business computer or tablet rather than their personal cell phone to make business transactions. Be able to print out contract to see rather than assume it's what you want. Have an area separate from the rest of regular convenient store customers.

Jes CThere was a problem after I picked up my truck the next morning at 9:54 a Brian Mcnelis changed my drop off destination with out any notice from Crum Lynne to Milford Pa which was over 3hrs away from the drop off destination I chose first. Thank goodness the gentleman at the Crum Lynne U-Haul fixed his mistake and were very accommodating and saw the mistake on the computer. They deserve a raise!!! They had an unhappy customer and helped me with a problem that was not theirs.
