The truck that we got could barely change gears. It drove, but I wouldn’t say that it drove well. The plate was from Arizona, and had over 77,000 miles on it. The engine was definitely on it’s way out, and I was kind of worried it would break down on the side of the freeway because of this.

UHaul's lack of communication I had first reservation canelled at least 3 times for the cargo and transferred to another place and being reserved for the 10' truck. I had done all my research even calling the rental place to make sure it had a cargo van. The UHaul call center kept cancelling my reservation after calling several times.

Educate the location U-Haul vendor and improve your digital pick up service. In true “I could care less” midwestern fashion, your local vendor stated that they knew they had an automated service, but “didn’t know how it worked.” This and the fact that your customer service line took a half hour to even get someone to answer the phone cost me 2 lost hours this morning. I would never rent from that location again nor will I use your digital option if I can avoid it.

I don't believe a return time was specified during the truck reservation process. The first time I knew of a specific return time was in a location confirmation text a day or two before we picked up the truck. When I checked my order online, there was a different return time in my information from the website. I talked to a representative using the chat featute only to find out extending the rental time would cost extra. This was my first time using a moving truck, so finding about the time restriction last minute added some confusion and stress. If I had known it was strictly a 24 hour rental, I would have picked it up at a later time. Other than that, everything met my expectations and it beat the price of other moving companies.
