It was frustrating trying to get the key to the vehicle...not everyone that rents trucks are savy enough to finagle their way through the rental on their phone.. wasn't horrible just frustrating

The trailer was obviously quite old but in serviceable condition. The location I picked it up at was very nice with a pleasant person taking care of me.
ROBERT HI didn't end up using the U-Haul truck I drove it from the U-Haul location to my storage and then drove back the following day was charged $108 which I think was a little much but it is what it is Tony at U-Haul was really great and I really appreciate his help
