To whom It may concern if a real human reads this . I don't think everything we do has to be done by AI . I feel I should be able to go to a location and order it in person not on a computer. I hope a data center gets build next to your home and you have to hear the hum all the time 24/7 quite getting rid of the human contact. I will not recommend U=haul to NOBODY! I hope you feel good about yourself sitting in you McMansion feeling good about your rich self!

I rented a 20 ft. UHAUL. I received a text Christmas night that they only had a 17 ft. truck. I would have to go three towns over to pick up a 20 ft. truck., so I accepted the 17 footer. When I went to McFarland, they had a 20 ft. truck. So, it worked out okay. However, I was NOT pleased with how everything transpired.
SUSAN BThe manager did a great job assisting me. The uhual truck trailer door was frozen shut due to freezing weather. To top it off, the computer software was very slow that morning. She couldn't get the uhual software to start up. We tried calling 1800uhual. The lady on the phone was no help, telling me if the system is slow then nationwide would not working also. She refuse to transfer or help. She didn't even attempt to try on her end. The manager's computer final loaded and we got of the phone. The manager went above and beyond. Exceptional service at the location and poor service over the phone with 1800uhual.
