I was told I could drop off the trailer where I wanted. I was not told there would be a charge for not dropping off at the location the was chosen for me by U-Haul. A location I was never asked about, and that was very inconvenient for me.

I went a total of 3 miles. I filled the gas tank before returning the van and I was disappointed that it took 1.5 gallons of gas @$3.09 per gallon for a cost total of $4.69 which relates to paying over $1.55 per mile. I suspect the last person who rented that same van did not top off the gas tank prior to returning the van.

Dennis CI checked in ahead of time so the in store check in went pretty fast. The truck was in excellent condition and just what I needed. I had to pick up countertops from Menards. This was the perfect solution.
William SCheck your equipment before you rent it out. I rented a tandem axle box trailer and the front axle was not connected to the driver's side leaf spring, broken!

Dan JWell, we did a good check on the tires and make sure nothing was broken or visibly damaged. But then when we got home to load it, there was receipts, open bags of Potato Chips, chocolate candy wrappers, open chocolate candy wrappers weigh behind the driver's seat. That was under things that people didn't see plus a unopened bottle water and a soda cup that hadn't been thrown away. But everything. Else was excellent.We had to have a tire replaced in Santa Rosa, New Mexico.And they were there immediately and I was very impressed and pleased how quickly they replaced the tire with a brand new tire.So I highly recommend getting safe move For protection and coverage.

Melanie PI don't agree with charging me 40 bucks an hour late fee. I paid an extra 80 bucks because my fob to my apartment was not working. No one has time to call you to say they will be late when you are moving an entire house in the heat and dealing with an issue that is out of my control. U-Haul I will never allow you take my money ever again my services will go elsewhere your company is trash! And thieves.
Jaclyn EI have been renting my Uhaul from McFarland WI for the last few years to move my child to and from College. We have had wonderful experiences everytime. The Uhauls have always been clean and the location employees are always great to work with. I will definitely keep using Uhaul for and of my moving needs!

Yvonne KNeeded blankets in the back, the bag was out. I did not need them but, someone may need them and there wouldn't have been none… Was told to be back by 3pm for a rental after mine. Drove by a few hours later and the truck was still there… Rate was pricey for 6 hours…

Brad CORIGINALLY ORDERING THE TRUCK AND TRAILER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION BECOMES A NO-GO. THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE A TRAILER FOR A ONE-WAY TRIP. THEY SEND ME TO VERONA FOR THE TRAILER. i GET THERE THEY DON'T HAVE IT AFTER WE WERE TOLD IT WAS THERE. WE THEN GOT SENT TO MCFARLAND AFTER WE WERE TOLD THEY HAD IT AND THAT WE WOULD GET IT FOR 59.00 INSTEAD OF THE 79.00 DADS ACCOUNT BILLED FOR 79.00. SO AFTER THE RUNAROUND WE FINALLY GOT THE UNITS. SADLY WE GET HOME AND ARE CHARGED FOR THE EXTRA MILES AND FOR NOT PUTTING IN ENOUGH FUEL TO BRING IT TO THE 1/2 TANK MARK TO WHICH WE RECEIVED TO BEGIN WITH. SO WE TRAVEL 40 EXTRA MILES IN THE RUNAROUND ALL BECAUSE OUR ORIGINAL PLACE DIDN'T HAVE WHAT THE ONLINE SYSTEM SAID IT DID. SO AM I HAPPY... NOT A BIT, WILL I RECOMMEND U-HAUL NOT A BIT WE WERE LIED TO & LED AROUND FOR NO GOOD REASON. WE PAID EXTRA FOR ISSUES THAT WERE NOT EVEN MY FAULT.

Carlos PThey did not provide the proper amount of moving blankets. I was told to contact uhaul because the store has nothing to do with it. Then I apparently got credited by the store $15 but it was under oil and tire repair? I asked uhaul to credit back the 20 dollars and she kept saying it already was credited. I sent her a copy of the bill still showing $20. They ended up charging me for $5 for two blankets. Provided 2 of the 24 requested. Uhaul said they could do nothing.

Stephen JIt appeared that the previous person using it was in a muddy area. Mud was all over the front wheel wells and along the bottom of the doors. The floor of the cargo area and the ramp were covered in dried mud. A lot of this was transferred to my furniture.
Robert MWe found it impossible to rent through UHAUL. every phone number we called was routed to Chicago they had no idea how to locate a location near us. We finally called a hardware store direct and were able to contract for rental through them with ease.

Eric NMy truck wasn't returned in time for me to use it at 8am, not their fault. However I was given another location and was told they added miles to my trip for me to help cover the extra driving, they did not. I also ordered a mattress cover online with my reservation and they somehow lost that order so I had to buy another one. Because of the move in rental location I also wasn't able to register in time and had to wait extra time to be approved in the app.
