The only thing about the pickup location is that person checked me in and handed me the key and said thanks and bye. Being an older woman, I wish he would have shown me the truck personally and given me tips on driving it.

Douglas E.There is no one on staff at this location which would be fine except there's no cell signal and no Wi-Fi at the location in order to do rental through the app. I had to drive up and down the road five minutes about 15 times in order to go through every step of the rental app, and then I had to do the same thing when I returned it. Completely ridiculous experience I will never rent from this location again unless this problem is fixed
