poor lady at counter of store was unable to help other than point me at the trailers, when i told turn signal didnt woek on passenger side she did quickly get on phone with some one and get me a different trailer. then system was down and she entered the change later when system came back up.

Art G.Store personnel directed me to go outside to connect the trailer and then come back to notify them when I was connected so that they could take a picture. Aside from me having to do HIS JOB, I had to go searching for him so that he could take his picture. I went into the store looking several times before he appeared and came outside to take the picture of the hookup that I did myself.
