Good location and friendly people. Unfortunately the trailer I rented had a bad tire that made caused severe bouncing. Only ended up making one of my two planned trips. Though not the locations fault since that's something that tire would have to be reported to know it's bad

My problem wasn’t so much about the location. It was about the condition of the vehicle. They treated me well at this location. But the truck malfunctioned while I was using it the air conditioning was not working properly and kept cutting off. The check engine light was on the entire trip. I called roadside assistance during the trip once the check engine light came on. He said he was going to check on what I should do and he never called me back. Overall, it was just a bad experience. The area manager did call and apologize for dropping the ball by then, it was too late
