Get them to figure out what a mobile pickup is or don't lye on your website regarding additional drivers and the need to physically sign a contract.
Vance Jason S.Better checked vehicles before renting. Only a mile from rental place and low tire light and engine light on. Also when arriving at my home about 3 miles away vehicles smelled hot and mechanic found fan clutch bad.

Once I arrived at the other location, I was told to call roadside assistance. I asked for a different truck and they wanted me to drive an hour to exchange it. I refused. they then found me a 15 ft truck at a third location. Terrible experience.
