This location cares about customer service. It was about 10 to closing time and I noticed that I had lost the keys to the lock for the truck. I called and I explained what had happened and they offered to wait for me to arrive to break the lock, Zaraida was so nice and didn't seem to be bothered at all to stay after 5 to assist me. The next day when I turned the truck in the check-in went so . I highly recommend this location and suggest they give the location in Arlington a class on how to answer phones and give great customer service.

Sandra R.This was not the location I booked for picking up my rental. When I went to the place I originally booked, they told me I had to come to this location. I never received an email, text message or phone call telling me about the change. I did get a phone call confirming the reservation, but they did not mention the change. It was kind of annoying to show up one place and learn that I needed to go somewhere else.
