They mistakenly charged me for safe move but I was refunded later by Uhaul representative. Otherwise service was good, swift and efficient. Thank you.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAll around a great experience. Easy in and out and the staff were friendly.
Jacob HThe sales end and trailer pick up was smooth and very professional, unfortunately the trailer had a bad tire and eventually blew out on interstate 85 down in North Carolina. That said I called roadside assistance. They were professional and had a technician out there within 30 minutes or less. I was repaired within five minutes or less top level service totally impressed by the roadside operation guy, thank you, .
