Did self drop off so no interaction with staff. However, self drop off on app did not work.

had a little issue with the app. when i returned the truck. but i just followed the instructions and took a photo for proof of when i returned the truck. so i would say it was a great experience. just set up your app. at home it makes it easier when you go to get truck. but also take your bank card or the info with you. i had to reenter that info even though i entered it when i set up. thank you Uhaul. great deal and we got done super quick.
Deidre PSame sad irritating situation using the 24/7 option to drop off the truck. Very frustrating and bad customer experience. The least you could do is have a designated phone line for people trying to access help so they don’t have to sit on hold for a half an hour waiting for assistance! You need to work on this!!!

Jason CThe only complaint I would have was doing everything through the app. It took a lot longer than I feel it should have to get going about 25 minutes. And when I was trying to do the return on the app it cut out in the middle of me trying to take pictures and then ended it. Besides that everything was fine.
