The cashier is always friendly despite being busy. She takes the time to deal with my rental.

Jeanne TThe truck bed was covered in dirt and cheese itz. The gas was on E and they said it had a 1/4 tank so I had them come look and they didn’t correct it and didn’t log that it was dirty when given to me.
Shannon FService center was closed at 7pm. The truck was scheduled until 6pm, so obviously 1 hr over. No communication was provided to me on what time they closed. Due to poor cell reception in area I was unable to complete the online return process, and never was able to open portal until about an hour later when I got home. Subsequently I got charged about $80 more than I should have due to their poor communication and not being able to properly process the return in the portal. No exactly happy about that part of it. Truck was nice clean and operated properly.
