My original equipment pick-up location was 2302 US 41 W, MARQUETTE, MI 49855. Due to a previous customer dropping off the truck at this location I had to use them. This added 12 miles to my mileage, other place was within walking distance, and I had to wait until 10:00, versus my original 9:30 am pickup. The folks were very helpful in getting me a different rate; however, I still paid for the extra mileage. It was an inconvenience to them, yet the inconvenience was passed onto me.

The pickup location was not the location where i made the reservation.The lady at the res.location, answer all my question and phone calls the two weeks prior to pickup.I would hope the res. person would get her share of the money $$$.I spent about 15 minutes at the pickup location.

This has nothing to do with this specific location (Paul was wonderful), but the experience of reserving the u-haul and dolly was very frustrating since I believed I was able to secure a u-haul and dolly from a specific location, only to have a rep call 7 hours later to tell me that I had to drive 20 minutes further and to 2 separate locations that were 20 minutes apart. That is not a good online system and terrible UX.

He attached car to car hauler and he didn't attach strap properly on passenger side right. When I arrived in Tomahawk WI strap was completely off the tire on passenger side. It came the whole trip with only one tire strapped down. I'm not very happy.!! That put my car at risk of coming, destroying my car and possibly hit another vehicle.

When I picked up the truck the shop was very messy and unprofessional. The tank of the truck was also on a quarter tank so I had to spend 75 dollars just to be able to do the moving around I was supposed to do. I don’t know if it’s part of of your business to fill the tank before dropping it off but it should be. That way when you get a truck it’s 100 percent ready to go and you pay for the gas you use and not somebody else’s. I would never use uhaul again because of that and my wife and I used you guys at least 3-4 times in the last few months as we moved states.
