How U-Haul Reviews WorkClose to where I needed to be. Helpful employee even removed it from my hitch and made easy work for me.
Eric CBe more accommodating. Truck wasn't where it should have been. Had to go to a different location. Was told that there would be a discount for the inconvenience. Man we spoke with said he hadn't heard that, but someone else would take care of discounts. Had to drop off at a location more than 30 miles from our location. Should have been a discount for that as well. I didn't understand charging and still think we paid regular fee.
DEB DDrop off location didn't open until 10 am on a weekday.
