This was the worst experience ever. It started with poor communication with the first location selected, no return phone calls. I was basically told sorry, there is nothing we can do. When I finally got to the location to get the trailer - it wasnt ready. It was dirty on the inside, the license plate had unreadable numbers, and the trailer was frozen into the ground. I called customer service and was told I would have to call roadside assistance. I was picking up a trailer - why would I call roadside assistance? I received the trailer 2 days late and then I was called and texted to return the trailer 1 day early. This was a very frustrating experience.
