I was charged for 20 pad but only received 6 which I was told I would be charged $5 but when I received email confirmation I was charged $20. I called customer service and was told that the original dealer should do refund but was unable to contact (referred to customer service) so at drop off the person that received the trailer said she would get the credit issued. The truck I was using had some shimmy in the front end. The steering wheel was vibratiing and the rear view mirrors were bouncing. Also the radio quit working about half way through the trip.MARK B.
The truck I rented had 7/8 of a tank of gas when rented. I was required to return it with this amount. After driving 1000 miles I was charged for not having that exact amount. This was very upsetting considering that I did put extra gas in the tank prior to drop off but was shy approx 3 gallons and was charged almost 6 dollars per gallon. I feel like this was a scam that could have been avoided if I had a truck at initial rental with full tank of gas. Will most likely avoid your company due to this principal and feeling of being taken advanaged of for being 3 gallons shy of an initial 7/8 tank of gas.DERRICK P.
Lot not cleared for easy customer use. Had to weave among trailers and vehicles and drive over hoses to pick up and depart with trailer. Rocks scattered around (used as chocks?) creating a hazard. Desk personnel did not ask me what my pull vehicle was, but rather, entered wrong information based on unverified visual observation of my truck. Considering U-haul contract states only that vehicle can be used, this seemed like it would be important to get right in the event of a dispute. I called to get it corrected. Personnel took my correct info over the phone and promised to update and send me corrected copy, but never did. Don't leave the location without looking closely.DAVID V.

U-Haul must stop changing the pick-up location. I reserved the truck at this exact location, about three weeks ahead of time, because I live down the street from here. U-Haul kept changing the truck pickup location (sometimes to another town!). That's a horrible system.Michael F.

Your staff was great, very efficient and very helpful. I would highly recommend this location to people I know. The truck had a small issue. When I started the truck after loading it, the RPM's almost redlined. I immediately shut it off. It did it again when I attempted to start it the 2nd time. The 3rd time it started fine and worked fine after that.RONALD B.
The Mobile pickup process was very time consuming and cumbersome. Waiting for over 10 minutes for someone in an office somewhere else to check you out while there is someone in the store standing there doing nothing is incredibly frustrating. I will never use it again.Jonathan S.
