Once again i reserved a truck at a different location. I reserved a truck so it would be there on the day I needed it. When i went to pick it up it was there and they didn't have another one. This is the second and last time I will get burned by u haul. You will not be getting anymore of my business!!

The reason I said no on the cleaning is because we rented a van and it smelled horrible like stale cigarettes I’m not judging on smokers I mean do what you do but please make to where they don’t smoke in the rentals we had to spray the hell out of it with glade spray and it still didn’t go away it was gross but other than that the people was great and the van was clean it was just the smell ????

Need more 10 foot box trucks the 15 foot i rented was to tall. No one close has 10foot and at 99cents a mile in not driving 50 miles to find one.

The facility is co-located in a "thrift" shop (junk). Parking lot full of holes and low hanging electric lines, safety issue.

I had a pretty terrible experience with uhaul this time around. While the people i talked to were very nice and accommodating, your online service was the worst! I received an email, a txt message and a phone call for a reservation for a truck way bigger than i reserved at THREE different locations. Noone was sure why i had a reserved truck for three different places for a truck way too big but i was told that my final reservation was at one location and when i went there to pickup the truck, my reservation was set for a DIFFERENT location that didnt even open until later! I ended up having to make do with a VAN for my move! The lady at the location i was at was super nice and apologetic, but uhaul needs to make some changes to its online experience.
