Next time do not change a pickup 30 miles away from where the customer requested pick up location. At least give an opinion for a return at the requested pick-up location to save the customer an additional 60 miles of driving. So much for the guaranteed availability at the requested location. Just to be clear this was uhaul not the pick-up location.

BRADLEY HYour smart system is to complicated and you should let people fill out paperwork early I spent the first 45 minutes of my rental getting through all of your app stuff that could have been filled way prior. Your price to extend your rental a couple of hours was extremely high as well
