Well, this has nothing to do with this location, but it seems it would be better if you gave the truck to the customer with a full tank and then the customer could bring it back with a full tank. Too complicated trying to fill the tank to the same level on return.

When I turned in the trailer in Lubbock, they had no record of my rental from Bastrop, TX showing that I was supposed to leave the trailer with them. I showed them my confirmation, reservation, etc. and still nothing. They were kind and said just leave the trailer there. It seems like the Bastrop location didn't handle my reservation correctly for the Lubbock drop-off to not have any info in the system. I ended up turning the trailer in an entire day early, but no refund for the day I did not use the trailer.
