When I booked my U-Haul, I told them that I wanted the location in Lubbock on 34th St. and when I went to go pick it up, I was on some shady side street. The U-Haul was dirty less than half a tank of gas. When driving home the alignment of the U-Haul was off and I had to hold the steering wheel at a 45° angle so that I could stay on the road if I try to straighten the wheel then I would go into another lane

Ronnie OThe drop off was great. Not sure if it was the place that they had told me. But they were very accommodating. When I tried calling U-Haul the wait time was over an hour. So he said never mind and accepted the truck. Great service this location.
