The staff was great and the truck I had was very clean. The only complaint I have is the truck I had was older and had NO AIR CONDITIONING!!. It also had a wandering issue at highway speed. It also had a whee hop issue. Possibly needs tires balanced and or front end alignment.DANIEL J.

Customer service is terrible I pulled in parking lot to return truck employee pulls up behind me and just starts blowing the horn repeatedly she was so close to trick in a van I couldn't even see here out of mirrors on truck then after I Dina get out of truck and kinda angrily asked what she just sits there and asks if I can pull the truck into the next lane the. When my wife walked in to return truck your employee thought being rude and taking shit on your customer and then was rude to her the manager apologized for her your employee actionsEdward E.

I made a reservation for a 9' cargo van and upon arriving there were none available. The lady gave me a 10' van which already goes against company policy for having what you're supposed to have made a reservation for. Not to mention(which the worker did also not mention) was that the 10' ft van which I did not schedule for, was 20 cents extra PER MILE. Upon confronting the worker after the fact for being deceiving, she would not reimburse me or do anything for being misleading and not following the â€œcompany policy.â€ I'm in the process of moving and will not be using uhaul ever again. I had an 11am appointment to pick up a truck and when I arrived no one was present at this location. My husband had to search for the only person there who was too busy assisting someone who did not have a set pick up time. This took an additional 20 minutes which put us behind by 1/2 hr to get to my moving destination. The female there acted like I was bothering her with a sour look on her face and didn't want to be at work. Very disappointedANGIE L.
I rented a cargo van at 230pm. I asked where to drop it off after hours if I came back once closed. I was told where to drop it off but I was not informed verbally that there was a charge for dropping off after hours. If I would have known there was an after hours drop off charge I would have brought it back before close. I saw it was on the contract once I looked it over to try to find out why I was charged so much but this should also be told verbally to customers.GINA L.
Make sure the trucks are update on their maintenance. The break light was "dinging" on my trip to Cleveland, stopped and then again on way home. Roadside assistance is useless as they wanted me to wait an hour and a half when there was a U-Haul location 10 minutes from where I was. The last trip I took the Low tire light came on.Ian D.

I returned the rental around 5pm , during business hours. There was a male employee pulling a truck or from under canopy. I pulled forward and the employee saw us. I followed the directions to wait under the canopy. I waited there for 10 minutes. The employee had looked out the window and saw us. Meanwhile, another customer came. I finally went in and asked what should I do. I'm sure I upset the other customer but the employee clearly saw me following the directions on the sign and waiting at the truck. I feel like the employee could've either directed me to come inside or tell me that he would be right out.Lori B.

I was scheduled to do a self pickup of the truck at 8am. When I arrived to pickup the truck the app told me I could not pickup the truck until 9am when the store opened. After calling the 1-800 number I learned this location did not put out a key for me the night before. This error resulted in my entire moving plans being pushed back over 2 hours.
