They charged me for coverage that I never requested, and they never asked for my permission to add it. When I questioned the charge, they dismissed my concern by saying it wasn’t a lot of money, but they refused to issue a refund. I’m disappointed with how they handled the situation and their lack of transparency.

gerald dThe owner was also the owner of a drive-through liquor store, spoke very poor English and was extremely rude. He couldn’t even look me in the eye when he was checking me out for the Rental.
