The store said they opened at 9, we called every number that came up for the store until someone answered and had to wait over fifteen minutes for someone to even show up to unlock the door. it took the employee over thirty minutes to get our uhaul set up in which she called customer support several times. it took so long that she added an extra hour to our uhaul duration but it was still too little time to move everything we needed to move because of the delays.
ELLA RCarlos was awesome! He was friendly and very professional. He took care of everything I need to complete the rental.

Dwayne TVery small parking area and office. The two trucks on the lot look like they've ben "around the block" a few times. I only drove 20-24 miles yet it took 5 gallons of gas (over $16) to fill it up when I returned it. 4-5 mpg??? Or was it not fully topped off when I got it? The gentlemen (one older, one younger) were very nice and helpful. No issues at all except the gas mileage.
