Absolute worst customer service and I was charged way more than I was supposed to be I only drove 20 miles and I was charged almost $500 I wasn’t given a paper or anything. I was scammed.
Alexandria SI did a drop off on Sunday when it was closed and there was really nowhere to park the uhaul.
Bryan JThe location had a truck very close to home. They were closed on Sunday but we were able to use the Uhaul App to complete the rental. Overall pretty easy to get rented. Rented the truck on my phone. Got the keys and got to moving. Thanks for having a truck clean and ready to rent so close to my neighborhood.
JONATHAN HThe office was closed, where we were supposed to do the drop off because someone was sick. Took multiple calls to finally get someone. They assured us if we left the U-Haul there, it would be taken care of. Luckily, we took photos of gas and mileage, because U-Haul tried to charge us extra money for going over the miles and not enough gas when we had taken care of all that.
