The truck looked good although we didn't do a walkthrough or walk around for marks or dents. The truck ran well until we crossed the Oklahoma state line and it began jerking back and forward on level ground, but going up hill it got worse and I had to climb every hill at 50 mph. What was worse was when I called for assistance the company was close to closing and was not able to help. Was told to call back and hope someone else would answer or go online to submit a request. Fortunately we were able to reach our destination. Highly disappointed with the U-Haul's service and I've used the company multiple times and this is the worst service I've experienced.Samuel H.

I highly recommend 410 W Marshall!!!! This was my most frustrated move of my 42 years. I think the guy saw it on my face and really helped me calm down. When someone reserves something online please make sure it's available. This is the whole reason for reservations. Then the ramp was so hard to put up and down. The employee that helped me do the return said funny story. When you are sore, tired, and hungry you don't want to hear something like that. I played hell to get the ramp in and out at both places. If the truck wasn't in good working order they should have gave me a different truck. Not so happy at all.CATHERINE B.

I was directed to pull into a return lane and stay in the truck. A man came out talking on his speaker phone, it was a personal call, and walked around the truck to inspect I'm assuming. He told me I was good to go and offered no paperwork. So today I received an email from uhaul letting me know of an additional $125 charge because I had I the truck two extra days. After a 40 minute wait I spoke to someone to find out they never checked me in on the day I returned the truck. Not happy!Amanda G.
