The customer service was good. The truck on the other hand, was not well maintained. The parking brake when turned off, continually beeped and stayed lit up. The truck was dirty inside with a mess on the floor between the seats. As well, the gas tank had a quarter tank of gas. Overall, the truck was not ready to go. The employee looked shocked. The handle of the door of the box of of the truck, kept getting stuck in the roof and then refused to lock just prior to me returning it. This was by far the worst truck experience I've ever had. I was moved from another location to this one. Next time I will be canceling the rental if the truck is not prepared. Make sure the trucks are ready to go. It's pretty simple.

Amit SI ordered a 15ft truck however the only truck available was a 10ft truck. This meant we had to do multiple trips which extended our move time significantly. Seems everytime I use uhaul there's some issue that comes up. Terrible customer service overall.
