We dropped off After hours… but I had stopped by during normal hours and had talked to them on the proceedures for after hours drop… have ALWAYS liked this place and will use them again

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN. TERRIBLE SEVICE AND GIVE FALSE INFORMATION AND CHARGE FRAUDULENTLY
Dylan PZero cruise control the steering wheel nasty sticky center console would get burning hot. Then on top of all that I ask for a simple 10ft, And yall (ugraded) me to a 15 ft. Then I decided to switch drop off locations and due to yalls (upgrade) which was (free) ended up charging a absured rate. Due to supply and demand. Like what even is that. That's Unprofessional. That's what that is. I am disgusted never again. Never will recommend.
Eddie MNothing needs to be improved. I was amazed of how good staff was with customers and specially me very super nice ladies and understandable. They went straight to helping us get what we needed. They were amazing! Thank you!!
MAIRA CI appreciated Brenda contacting me as I was having difficulty with the app and outside of hours pickup. The truck was good except the windshield wipers need replaced and the inside of the windshield was very dirty so I had to clean it. Overall a good experience.
