This location is a gas station and you can only drop off during operating hours. We planned on dropping the truck off a day before in the late evening, but upon arriving at the gas station we could not locate a drop off box for the key. So we had to go back the next morning to drop it off. That would be my only issue with this location is the false advertising that this is a "24/7 U-Haul rental" location. I also just want it on record everywhere I can put it, the weld on the driver side ratchet bracket of the tow dolley was broken and not able to hold the ratchet in place properly. I brought it up to the drop off attendent and put it in a note somewhere. When we picked up the tow dolley, we didn't put the car on the dolley because we had to drive it back to the house and load the truck so we had no way of knowing and I assume the pickup attendent didn't know either. I just want this to be in front of as many eyes as possible so it gets fixed.

My reservation was cancelled. It was originally for 8:00 in the morning then I was sent to another location and my reservation was at least 45 late. I was shuffled from representative to representative and just got the same answer, "I'm not the manager for the area".
