How U-Haul Reviews WorkFirst truck I was given had a back door that could not be closed. It was lucky we noticed it before we drove away. When I came back inside to tell them this, it was implied that they knew about the door and still tried to rent it to me. The second truck they gave me was filthy, with garbage inside the cab. Did not receive any updated info on the second truck, the mobile check in-check out still had the original truck on it so I was unable to upload photos of the actual truck I received. This is the 2nd time I have rented from this location for our move this year, and both times I was made to feel like I was a hindrance to them while trying to get the rental, the employee acts exasperated that they have to complete the rental process, and leave multiple times to handle other customers who are at the till instead of completing the transaction. Both times the truck I was given was filthy. I will not be working with this location or uhaul as a whole in the future.
Jared FNothing to reccomend, the seevice was awesome and so easy to place a reservation and pick up and drop off was quick and easy
Annette JHave more staff available to assist with U-Haul returns. There was only one person there and they had to look after the gas station as well. It was tough for them to complete the walk around while trying to watch the store as well.
Greg TGood service , vehicle maintains updated.
