All personnel we're friendly and helpful. BUT: Truck had 0% oil life left at pick up. Windshield wipers we're in useless condition. One high beam light bulb was burned out. Could use fog lights.

There is a tiny office with one worker and he allows only one person in at a time. I was getting eaten alive by mosquitoes while I waited for the 2 ahead of me. He was very pleasant BUT he can only do so much and each person takes 15-20 minutes. So you wait a LONG time to get your truck. If there are 2 people ahead of you, it's 30-40 minutes before it's your turn. I've never seen anything like it. He tacked on insurance I had declined but I was in such a rush to get out of there, I didn't even care at that point. He also told me I could drop the truck off anywhere and to just google the zip code and U-Haul and not to call the 1-800# where it stated "drop off location". WRONG. I tried to drop it at the googled location and they told me they were full and couldn't take it AFTER I waited 20 minutes there because it was insanely busy and that I DID have to call the 1-800#. Wasted a lot of my time. Also, I'd put in my request 2 weeks ahead of time for a close location pickup and still got this one 8 miles from my house - with 3 or 4 other dealers closer. The larger location about another mile farther north has several workers and is more efficient.

This location only takes one person at a time and it takes 20 minutes per individual to get a truck rented. When I arrived 15 minutes before my rental there were 2 others outside and 1 person in the office. It took 1 hour to be able to get in and pick up the truck that I had made a reservation for. Also had to avoid the cat that was laying on the moving blanket that you pay for and looked sick. I will never come back to this location again.

My vehicle was very new considering it only had about 12,000 miles on it. Due to technology demands, future trucks should have USB ports and possibly sensors to indicate surrounding vehicles and/or structures the driver is unable to see due to blind spots.

This has been the fifth time I’ve rented a Uhaul truck and this was the worse experience ever. The truck ran awful! The front end of truck felt like it was going to come off at the speeds of 20-55mph with a hard vibration. The Check oil light/wrench light came on during trip from Florida to New Jersey. The glass windows had dog drool, finger prints all over I had to wash all the windows and spray windex for a clean and clear view. Last but not least the truck was filled with red ants, they were crawling on the dashboard, seats, etc. My wife and I have more than 10 ant bites. Whom ever wants to inspect the truck for the ants all they have to do is just sit inside for a minute they’ll notice them quickly. Best part of my trip was dropping the truck off.

The location is horrible. There is no place to park your car where it won’t get locked in. We had to park it in front of the building and I had to move trailers out of the way to make space for my car. The guy was nice but this location was ill conceived

Tough to get to. No easy access. Got charged for cleaning fee for no reason. Called after hours and gentlemen did pick up to assist with drop off but there needs to be better signage if there is any and instructions need to be on website as well. Email address kept coming back as invalid to location.

Even though the place is unkempt and a bit cluttered, the guys couldn’t be nicer! They were very efficient as well and helpful with suggestions. I will go out of my way to use this guy next time I need a truck!

Trailers were set up too close to each other couldn’t get it out without damaging others one had no rear lights one person for a busy location.. took us over an hour to pickup a trailer manager was friendly nice and did the best he could,. he was great!

The service was superb, and very helpful. We were hooked up in no time. Lot was crowded and had to exit over a curb and across grass. The bad: We were told the trailer was in "Like New" condition and "almost a Brand New trailer" ... It was NOT, it was ragged, wires hanging out of corners, very used, and dirty outside. It made the trip, but disappointed.
