Olga S.The lady that was working there at the time, told us to return the rental at a certain time but never told us we would be charge an inconvenience fee to leave the key in the drop box since the place don't open on Sundays . A lot of miscommunication. If it was communicated properly we would've return the rental during business hours and avoided all the extra charges . Highly disappointed!
