It's not the location's fault, but I've never had such a ghetto truck experience. It was old, beat up, ran like crap, and felt like it was likely to break down at any moment.

ryan K.The customer care on veteran memorial in killeen texas was the worst experience I had. The older lady at the desk kept yelling at me. She didnt want offer me a moving truck. She told me she can't give me a truck for two days and didn't offer me any options. She rerouted me to another store without ask me wetber I was ok with it. She was very rude. I know i was up there early but customer care starts when the door opens. Please have a talk with her. Thank you
