I only wish they were open weekends! For us older people that do not use their phones to conduct business 24/7, it makes it very difficult to scan the image to sign in and return equipment when you've never done it before. Then take and send photos etc. I spent well over an hour just trying to return our unit. I have worked with the fine folks at True Master for over 6 years now and have always found them to be delightful, helpful, and in the top tier of service run business.

Jan CThe 6x12 trailer is so helpful for a Number of uses. And the price is unbeatable. Thanks guys!
Nick PThe battery was dead when I arrived to pick up the truck. The hood of the truck was open, which indicated that someone had looked under the hood, but they never acted on a battery replacement. It’s unsettling to know there was little to no oversight before I rented the vehicle.
