The staff were great pick up and drop off were very easy. The truck itself was not in very good shape the passenger side mirror would not stsy in place. In addition the roll up door had a cable come off the track and did not close properly. This happened when we were finished with the move so was not a major problem but could have been. We have rented trucks in the past and have been happy with the service and vehicles this one was just not well maintained.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe support staff at the UPS store were really helpful and kind in letting me know all the options during the truck pick-up. They were patient with all my queries since this was the first time for me renting a uhaul.
