Leena who works in the front office is amazing. Not only does this location rent U-Hauls but it's a car detailing business and a RV sales location. They parked two huge RV trailers in front of my 6x12 trailer. It took myself, Leena and a third worker 1 hour to pull the trailer out by hand around the RV trailers and an abandoned truck so that I could hook it up. It was other than fun and a major inconvenience. Your U-Haul rentals should be accessible to customers.

WIlliam M.The trailer auxiliary lights did not work and the dealer did not check these lights when i was given the trailer. I lost a day of my vacation because I could not travel at night.
