Tried to do the mobile check in and it didn’t work and a sales guy had to drive over to help me.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI’ve always used and recommend U-Haul for their reasonable price and reliability when it comes to having a truck ready for the reserved day.
Aaron BGreat costumer service and very helpful. My pick up was scheduled for 5:30am for a self checkout but when I got there the truck couldn't start, so I called the location manager who came and was very helpful. He finally switched the truck for a different one since the one I wanted didn't start. I recommend this location.
Doris LIt was great!
Terra JThey did not have the truck and did not warn us. I showed up and only then they figured out they didn't have it. I waited 1.5 hours just to tell them now they don't have my blankets. What have you been doing for the 1.5 hours while I was waiting? Should have made sure everything else was ready.
