I suggest having signs to find this place it was hidden behind a warehouse and handled by a guy teaching gymnastics.if i hadn't asked if they knew who to talk to to get the uhaul I would have never figured it out. Other than that great customer service

I was charged insurance for 15.00 and I never purchased it.
James SVery unprofessional! Phone number listed says not accepting calls. Took over an hour to get my truck rented after having an online reservation. Will never rent from this location! I will spread the word!
JEREMY HThe dolly and furniture pads that I reserved and was charged for were not included with the truck. They still charged me and said I have to wait to see if they can process a refund for items that were not included. Also the AC in the truck did not work, it was just blowing hot air. The number for the company went straight to voicemail and I was not able to get a hold of anyone locally. But the truck did run and served its purpose.
Erin RTerrible experience. Was not notified it was mobile check in. Did not get the equipment i requested in my reservation. Too expensive for the time i had it. Would never use this location again or recommend to a friend. Had to call U-Haul support line.
