When you click the maps for this location from your site it sends you to a different location in Oak Hill... You need to fix this. I almost didnt make it to get my rental because I drove 30 minutes out of the way due to your website.

Clearly told Rep that we needed the trailer for three days. He must have entered it wrong in the computer. He called several times the next day requesting we return the trailer, which we were still using. I finished moving everything early and returned it after hours. It was a poison and made us feel that we were rushed when we did not need to be.

I dropped off the trailer at the location in Wellston Ohio per my contract on Sunday not one there of course. Got call from Uhaul main office saying didn't have trailer then find out they had closed the Wellston dealer month ago. Had to physically go the the wellston dealer and make sure was there and called back to tell main oofice. They said they would take care of it from there. Biggest hassel ever had with Uhaul.

when we picked up the U Haul in Jackson Oh at 1 ;30pm the man told us if we returned it the next day before 1:30 pm instead of charging us the full rental rate we would get half back since we didn't use it for the 2days the lady on the phone said this wasn't true . This was a one way trip we dropped it at a 24 hr drop that was closed
