The dolly that i ordered was not in truck but they charged me for it anyway. This should be checked.

Excellent service
GLEN AIt was unclear where to park the truck after hours. And though not the fault of the location, the app did not work for self check-in. Fortunately, when I spoke to someone there the next day, she was understanding and helpful. But the experience of renting from UHaul was difficult, unpleasant, and stressful.
Marcy SI used the app as requested by UHaul, I wasn't provided the original miles or fuel level. The truck was almost on E, so it was hard to determine where to refuel the truck. I drove the truck 67 miles and was charged over $70 for fuel surcharges. The customer service department claims I was supposed to receive where to refuel this truck, which I didn't receive, even though I used the APP. Apparently, I can always CALL, but it was Sunday and I was using the app that is supposed to manage everything electronically!
Corey VThe manager was absolutely amazing! Such a sweet lady. Her daughter was having her first baby, and even then she went above and beyond for her customers. The check in needs to be fixed, it took so long to get everything approved and I ended up having to go inside so I could even get the help with the online approval part and for the key even though I set it for contactless pick up.
