The pick up location was horrible. Very sketchy and I didnt feel safe at all. Honestly was worried I was going to get mugged, stolen from and beaten. Was a gas station in the middle of nowhere with the cash register behind a wall with a small opening (even the store knew it was in a dangerous situation). One person on duty who was running the gas station so when I went in to say I had a reservation he said "please step aside so I can help these other customers" which was people buying cigarettes and beer. When I was helped he said "the dolly is over there" and pointed. I had to hook it up myself after I asked people to move their vehicle so I could even access the dolly. I know that normally when I visit a uhual place they hook up the equipment and take a picture, nothing like that happened here. Once I hooked myself up I got the fuck out of there as quick as I could!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe attendant was very kind and did a great job assisting with our rental. Thank you for providing this pick up zone out here in the sticks. We appreciate it because it kept our mileage cost down!!
