This was a Uhaul experience like I've never experienced before!!! TERRIBLE!! Usually an employee goes out to the truck and makes assessments with you. None of that. When I started the truck the gas light came on telling me “4 miles to Eâ€. Once I got the truck home and opened it IT WAS SOOOO DIRTY!!! I had to sweep AND mop the truck before I could start loading my things into it! I feel like all they cared about was taking my money

khadejha C.Gas was on Empty. Never received equipment supplies that were prepurchase however was still billed for it. Sent pictures of empty truck with no supplies with no response in day of rental. Returned vehicle prior to 24 hr and was billed for 3 days. This place should be shut down for purposeful illegal charges!!!
