I didn't rent anything from there that day, it was rented by someone else using my name, and my phone number and listing me as the driver. They used a DL that was not even mine and a credit card that was also not mine and I don't understand how this can happen! This is fraud cause they put my name, phone number on the contract that is a legal document and if anything happened while the truck was out, I would be responsible for any damage caused. I have filled a police report concerning this because your own fraud dept said it doesn't mean their standards for fraud. I'M NOT A HAPPY CAMPER and we will see what the police say and I will be contacting my attorney in this matter.

Lawrence SGreat location, very easy access.
Stephen SThe name was a bit confusing, as there are several unrelated 'Village Rentals' in the area, and Google maps was all but useless. Once we found the place (behind the Ace Hardware) everything went very well.
