For my your service is very expensive, I have used that truck only for 3 hrs and pay more than $90, it's too expensive, your mille rate is so expensive, I never will do again to rent a truck with you.
Swamy M.I called to complain about being charged a cleaning fee after we dropped off the van, I had submitted some pictures through the website disputing that the car was dirty at the time of pick up and then they charged me the fee anyways. I don't see the point of being able to dispute the pictures if they won't even look at them. After I called they said that I had to contact customer service in order to get a refund and dispute the charge. If you're renting from any U-haul make sure you take pictures of everything if not they will try to pin it on you.
