The online check in was the most difficult process. It took us over 30 minutes just to jump through all the hoops. Definitely will just go in the store to pickup the rental next time. Same with drop off it was ridiculous. We only had it for 4 hours. I think we spent more time checking out and in then we did using it.

How about creating a drop off app that you can actually use? I incurred an extra "service charge," because I couldn't check the vehicle in after hours. I even called the All About Me location and left a message, explaining the situation. I stated explicitly, that I didn't want to incur an extra charge, because I couldn't complete the drop off process. They charged me anyway.

Good price and truck worked out great. Although it was only a 10 ft truck, I would suggest that any truck bigger than a pick up or van should have a ramp. We managed to get the stuff in there, but a ramp would have been great. This is a UHAUL suggestion, as i assume it has nothing to do with location.... everything there went smoothly.
