Jose G.I returned the van early but the company charged me for extra day of rental fees. Never going back there again or using a u-haul as a matter of fact. Disgraceful and cheating people out of money. Going with another rental company. U-haul will no longer have my business.

Walter G.The staff was friendly. However, the location of the vehicle for parking purposes wasn't clearly explained. It was very vague. The staff claimed they gave me clear instructions however they didn't. I spent 30 mins driving around looking for a parking space. The self checkin process was confusing and extremely vague.
